We may refuse service, restrict access, cancel accounts or take other reasonable action when we believe the website or our services are being misused, subject to applicable law.

Website text, photographs, videos, artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, branding and other content belong to Eden's Garage Builds or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Viewing the website or purchasing an item does not transfer any ownership rights or permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our content, trademarks or branding without authorization.

You may request build news, launch updates, product information and other promotional communications by email.

You can leave the email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

Email enrollment does not enroll you in SMS and does not, by itself, enter you into a giveaway or promotion.

The optional EG Builds SMS program may send recurring build news, launch updates, product information and promotional messages to people who separately opt in.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to make a purchase, and email signup alone does not provide SMS consent. Only enroll a mobile number you are authorized to use.

Message frequency varies. We do not charge for enrollment, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

To unsubscribe from SMS marketing, reply STOP to a message from us. You may receive a final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@egbuilds.com.

Please notify us if you change or give up a mobile number enrolled in our SMS program. We may modify, suspend or end the SMS program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Our SMS privacy policy explains how we use your mobile number, consent records and related information.

When products are available, product pages and checkout will describe the applicable contents, prices, availability and delivery information.

Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and payment transactions. Please review your selections, shipping information and applicable policies before placing an order.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unlawful activity, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Product images and descriptions are intended to represent products accurately, but colors, appearance and other details may vary slightly due to manufacturing, photography, screens or other factors.

Orders are subject to our then-current shipping, return and refund policies, which are made available on our website or during checkout.

Please review those policies before completing a purchase. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms or our store policies limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Any giveaway, sweepstakes, contest or other promotion offered by Eden's Garage Builds is governed by its separately published Official Rules.

The applicable Official Rules will describe eligibility requirements, available methods of entry, entry periods, prizes, deadlines, winner selection and other terms specific to that promotion.

If these Terms conflict with the Official Rules for a particular promotion, the Official Rules control with respect to that promotion.

Subscribing to email or SMS does not purchase merchandise and does not, by itself, provide an entry into a giveaway or promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win a sweepstakes. See the applicable Official Rules for eligibility and free entry instructions. Purchasing merchandise does not eliminate or replace any free method of entry described in the applicable Official Rules.

We may update website content, change features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, technical issues or other reasonable purposes.

Product availability, pricing and website information may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every website description, price or other piece of information will always be complete or error-free.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. Those websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Eden's Garage Builds endorses or controls the third-party website or service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surviving Faith LLC DBA Eden's Garage Builds and its owners, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
