Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Gear leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days, by USPS or UPS, and every shipment comes with tracking.

Shipping on gear is shown at checkout, before you pay. Packages ship free.

Package gear

The logo tee or hoodie in a package ships with your order, within 1–2 business days.

Each build’s collector tee ships after that giveaway ends. Its date is on the package page and in your order confirmation, and we’ll email you when it’s on the way.

Both shipments are free.

Digital items

Your gear code arrives by email after purchase. The limited edition digital print is emailed when the build is finished.

Digital items can’t be returned or refunded on their own. If a package is refunded, its gear code stops working and its print isn’t sent.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange gear. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.

You pay to ship a return back to us. For a size exchange, we ship the new size at no cost.

To start a return or exchange, email order@egbuilds.com with your order number. Then send the items to: EG Builds Returns, 3245 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

A package can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, until package sales close. Any package gear that has already shipped has to come back first. A refunded package’s entries are removed.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or wrong, email order@egbuilds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

If an order hasn’t arrived by its expected delivery date, email us with your order number within 14 days of that date.

We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
